  I just "attempted" to order my mid night snack along the drive through. The customer service agent speaking over the intercom was probably the rudest and most disrespectful interaction I've ever had at McDonald's. She either needs a proper training or terminated due to the lack of competence and respect. I will probably not be returning. Have a great night.

  Actually 1 star is to good for this McDonald's. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's anyways but I would think if your a 24 hr location you should take credit/debt cards 24 hrs. I've never been to a restaurant that only took cash over night. Hardly anyone carries cash these days. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Thank God there is a Waffle House and Burger King across the street. I'd send everyone there first. Staff at this McDonald's are not the friendliest staff. Dunkin' Donuts opens at 4am their worth the wait.

  The restaurant is closed due to construction but the drive through is open 24 hours.
  So I want walked from the Comfort Inn Suite hotel from behind McDonald's and walk through the drive-thru. The employee at the drive through say he cannot take our order unless we are in a car or on a motorcycle.
  What gives? It's not my fault restaurant Lobby is closed.
  Would you take our order if I was on a tricycle or a motorized scooter?

  Looks great with the remodel. Kids area is fantastic, hopefully they keep up with the cleaniness. A bit rough at the POS. the crew all looked they were unhappy to be there and would rather be anywhere else. I had a special order (and I guess I didn't speak loud enough) it wasn't quite what I ordered but they semi grudgingly fixed it. was a bit busy but no Hi's, thanks, or have a good day. Service does vary from day to day and shift to shift.
