  Garbage! Dirty! Managers Rude no Customer service skills at all. Order is never right. Only eat here when we had to bout once a month. Every time it's the same thing. Look at the ice cream machine next time. Look under the machines. Can only imagine what the back of the house looks like. My wife has 4 yogurt shops and her team members would never let any of those stores look like that. Not to mention if they ever gave a customer a bad attitude. Not worth your trip. Close this store!

  They always skimp on the fries. I ordered a large and a medium fry one day, for me and my son, and the medium was less than a small, the large was less than a medium. They've done it every time.
  
  The cashiers are usually pretty sweet, but the managers have a bad attitude, and no social skills.
  
  I even see how they rig up our orders, but don't follow them. They'll slap the "no mustard" label on, but still have mustard.
  
  I've seen flies and roaches. Filthy place. Don't eat there unless it's absolutely necessary. The one on Malabar road is much better.

  Not only have my orders been wrong numerous times, the amount of time I've had to wait is laughable. You would think that from a chain that basically pioneered fast food, they would be faster. I could get my food faster at five guys and it would taste 20 times better. Very poor store would never recommend.

  The worst McDonalds ever! Rude people with no customer service skills. In the upper class community of Bayside Lakes this McDonalds is something you would expect from the hood. They need to fire the entire staff and start over!
