  Food was good. They have 2 drive thru boxes but only service one at a time. The woman taking the order is extra nice to compensate for the rude lady at the next window.

  Service is extremely slow inside...wont be back...has happened3 times now since remodel....really sad because my kids and I spent alot of money there...not any more...last time waited 25 minutes for 1 value meal...waited to see how long it would take until I had to go looking for meal..then didnt even get a apology or even a apple pie...Ive watched others walk out mad because been in line too long

  Uggghhh! Terrible staff. They never get my orders right and when they do it's cause ordered a coffee or frappe. And one time I used the drive thru cause I had to get home. I order a frappe w/ xtra expresso so when I got to the window and got my drink and asked if they added my Expresso they said we don't have an espresso or milk. So I'm sittin here like why didn't you tell me that in the first place so I took my frappe and I took a sip and seriously it was so freaking watery its like they added water to it instead of asking the manager to go buy some milk or something for the frappes
